MAINTENANCE PLANNING

The process of determining what maintenance work should be done and how it should be done is known as maintenance planning. A facility maintenance plan, also known as a facilities operation plan (FOP), is a detailed description of the systems that regulate your facilities and the procedures for maintaining them. It's intended to be all-encompassing, from routine HVAC inspections to long-term life-cycle planning and capital improvements. We provide a highly competent management team, as well as planners, schedulers, and system administrators, to assist our client's maintenance planning with day-to-day operations and maintenance system administration. From an on-site planning office, everything is controlled and administered centrally.
